Common questions

Where's my license key?: It's emailed to you right after purchase. Lost it? Sign in to your account with the email you bought with — no password needed — to manage your license and devices. Still stuck? Message us.
How do I set it as my screensaver?: Open the Surrealism app and click “Set as Screensaver.” It installs and activates in one step.
Can I use my own videos?: Yes. In the app, use “Add Loops” to play any videos you choose alongside your library.
Do I need to be online?: Only to download loops. Once they're on your Mac, the screensaver plays fully offline.
Refunds or a problem?: Message us and we'll make it right.
