Refund Policy

Here's the deal: Surrealism is free to download, and it ships with starter loops you can play for as long as you like. So you get to see exactly what you're buying before you spend a cent. Because of that, we don't run a formal refund window — but we're human, not a vending machine. If something's genuinely off, talk to us.
If something's not right
Charged by accident? App won't run on your Mac? Not what you thought you were getting? Just email [email protected] from (or mentioning) the address you used at checkout and tell us what happened. A real person reads every one of these, and we'll refund you to your original payment method whenever it's the right thing to do — no forms, no hoops.
After a refund
We'll switch off your license and ask you to delete any loops you downloaded. The free app and the starter loops are yours to keep enjoying.
Your legal rights
Wherever you live, if the law gives you extra rights — like a statutory cooling-off period — those still stand. This policy never overrides them.
Before a chargeback
Please email us before you call your bank. A real person can almost always sort it out faster and more fairly than a chargeback ever will — promise.
