We want you to love Surrealism. If it isn't for you, email us within 14 days of your purchase and we'll issue a full refund — no hassle.
How to request a refund
Email [email protected] from (or mentioning) the email address you used at checkout, within 14 days of purchase. We'll confirm and process it to your original payment method.
After a refund
Your license is deactivated and you should remove any downloaded loops. Bundled sample loops and the free app remain available.
Subscriptions
If you're on a subscription, you can cancel anytime and won't be billed again; the current period runs to its end. For a billing mistake, email us and we'll make it right.
Chargebacks
Please contact us before opening a dispute — we can almost always resolve it faster and more fairly than a chargeback.
